About Wherever She Goes by Kelley Armstrong
After single mother Aubrey Finch reports seeing a boy taken against his will from a park, the police question her account. No one has reported a child missing, and the boy’s mother cannot be found. Aubrey remains certain of what she saw and begins investigating when the authorities will not act.
Her search puts her own family situation at risk: Aubrey does not have primary custody of her daughter, and the investigation may expose a past she has kept hidden. This mystery thriller will suit readers drawn to stories of suspected crime, contested credibility, and the difficult choices a parent faces when trying to protect a child.
