Will McPhail Books

Will McPhail is a cartoonist, illustrator, and writer best known for his work in The New Yorker, where his cartoons often explore social awkwardness, modern communication, and the absurdities of everyday life. He is the author of In, a graphic novel about Nick, a young man whose distracted, tech-focused life begins to open into genuine human connection. McPhail’s work combines sharp observation with warmth, using humor to examine loneliness, friendship, and the difficulty—and importance—of paying attention to the world around us.
