Julia R. Kelly is a novelist whose work explores how landscape, folklore, and the past shape people’s lives. Her novels include The Last of the Summer Moors and The Whistling, both set in communities marked by isolation and change. Across her fiction, she is interested in family ties, women’s experiences, and the stories people tell to make sense of the world around them.
