About Fang by James Patterson
Angel’s prophecy that Fang will be the first to die threatens the bond at the heart of Max’s flock. Fang is Max’s best friend and a fellow leader of the winged children, who are already living on the run while trying to save the world.
The flock’s situation grows more complicated when Dylan, a newly created winged boy raised in a laboratory, joins them. Designed to be Max’s perfect other half, he sets up a conflict between perfection and passion as the apocalypse approaches.
