About Devourer of Men by Nikki St. Crowe
On Everland, the narrator has few allies and plenty of people who want her gone. The return of the Crocodile and Captain Hook brings old grievances into a dangerous present: they ask for her by a name she thought was dead, and their actions put them at risk as well as her.
This dark MMF romantasy retelling centers on betrayal, peril, and a choice between emotional risk and survival. Its darker, grittier approach and aged-up characters may appeal to readers looking for fantasy romance, fairytale retellings, and enemies-to-lovers tension.
