About A Tour to Die For by Michelle Chouinard
Capri Sanzio is back leading serial-killer walking tours in San Francisco. When a guest reports seeing a woman attacked, police find no evidence of a crime and suspect a false report. Capri is not so sure: the incident feels wrong to her investigative journalist instincts, and she cannot ignore the possibility that someone needs help.
Questions about Capri’s grandfather’s alleged crimes have grown even after the real killer behind the “Overkill Bill” murders was found. As Capri investigates the reported attack, her questions lead to a body and another murder investigation. This mystery will appeal to readers who enjoy contemporary crime fiction, true-crime settings, and an amateur investigator drawn into a case.
